The owners of Left Bank, Chef Laurence Edelman, and Micheline Gaulin, have been developing a friendship and a working relationship since 2002, when they met while working at The Red Cat in Chelsea. Many restaurants and many years later, they opened Left Bank. They laugh and throw punches at each other, while at the local farmers markets.
